This Privacy Policy explains how APRAtech (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in the mobile game Annoying Punch Uncle (“App”).
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
The App does not require an account to play and does not require your name, phone number, postal address, or password.
Gameplay and technical information
The App may store gameplay information on your device, such as scores, level progress, coins, unlocked skins, preferences, and settings. Depending on integrated third-party services, technical information such as device identifiers, IP address, app version, operating system information, advertising identifiers, diagnostics, and ad/app interaction information may be processed.
Advertising
The App may display advertisements. If an advertising service is integrated, that provider may process information needed to deliver, measure, personalize, limit, or protect advertising against fraud, subject to its own privacy policy and applicable settings.

3. Device Permissions
The App requests device access only when needed for a feature. If a feature lets you select an image or file, Android’s system picker may be used so you can choose specific content. The App does not need contacts, SMS, call history, or microphone access for its core gameplay.

Information may be processed by service providers that support advertising, analytics, crash reporting, hosting, security, or other technical functions where those services are integrated. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or property.

The App may use third-party services. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies. Before publishing a version, the developer should ensure all integrated SDKs and their data practices are accurately reflected in Google Play Data Safety disclosures.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Gameplay information stored only on your device generally remains until you clear the App’s data, uninstall the App, or delete the relevant information through device controls. Information processed by third-party services may be retained according to their policies and legal requirements.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information handled. No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Children’s Privacy
The App does not require children to create an account or directly submit personal information to play. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, contact us so we can review the matter. Advertising and other third-party services must be configured consistently with the intended audience and applicable laws.
9. Your Choices
- Uninstall the App at any time.
- Clear locally stored App data through Android settings.
- Use available Android/Google advertising and privacy controls.
- Deny optional permissions, although the related feature may not work.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when the App, services, or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date when appropriate.
